Cancellation Policy
Payment Required at Booking – Sessions must be paid in full online to confirm your reservation. No Refunds – All sales are final. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstance. Rescheduling – You may reschedule your session one time with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Age Requirement – Participants must be 12 years or older. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Arrival Time – Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in and complete waivers. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time. Waiver Required – All participants must sign a liability waiver before participating. Safety Rules – Unsafe or reckless behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund or rescheduling. Group Bookings – Group packages must be booked under one payment. Extra guests may be added for an additional fee if space allows.
